helpful staff comfortable room bad lighting basic breakfast
the location was great near two metro lines. the staff was helpful and i found many places to eat close by. the hotel was clean and tidy. the hotel room was really comfortable.
the room lighting was not good. it was hard to work in the room. the bathroom mirror needed to be switched on separately, which nobody told me about. the breakfast was basic and not worth mentioning.

the staff proved helpful and kind . frederick offered assistance with food orders and gave travel route recommendations. the hotel enjoys a great central location near metro lines..

Superb Location and Attentive Staff
fantastic location comfortable bed cute staff
The location was fantastic for accessing transport. The sound insulation of the windows was great. The room was beautifully decorated and presented. The bed proved super comfortable. All staff members were polite and cute. I appreciated the central location to explore. The hotel offered easy access to metro lines. It also allowed for a short walk from the beautiful district.
The room lacked sufficient space to store things. This proved inconvenient. I recommend future improvements in this area. It would enhance the overall experience.

Themed Rooms and Convenient Location
helpful staff comfortable bed excellent location
The staff were helpful with directions to nearby attractions. My Trocadero Room Jacuzzi had a large comfortable bed. I found the location excellent with the metro station just a short walk away. A jacuzzi was a welcome treat after a day of exploring.
The walls were quite thin. I could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms. It was manageable but not ideal for light sleepers.

tidy room high quality bathrobes accommodating staff small room inadequate seating missing door
The room was tidy. high quality bathrobes were in the room! slippers were included. the staff was very accommodating. I could leave my baggage before check-in and after check-out.
the room was very small. there was no place to sit except on the bed! our suitcases had to stay closed. the bathroom did not have a door, so the whole room steamed up after showers.
