insufficient water pressure stuffy room
The room included everything I needed. There were clear details for entrance, and staff responded quickly to messages.
The shower needed cleaning, and the water pressure made it difficult to wash my hair. The room was also very stuffy. I did not feel secure opening the window while sleeping on the ground floor.

My room had a self-contained kitchenette. It featured a kettle, fridge, and microwave. There was an ensuite bathroom (very practical). The room included a hairdryer and a TV. The security codes on both the outside door and the room door added to my peace of mind.
The water pressure in the shower was not strong enough (I found it difficult to wash my hair).

The room has a kettle and there is a microwave, useful for preparing simple meals. The option to cook something yourself is a great advantage (I used the microwave to heat up a quick dinner).

spacious room easy access street noise impersonal process
The room was spacious. The location was good with easy access to local attractions. I also liked that there was parking available on site, though it was somewhat limited.
The room was quite noisy. I could hear people in the neighboring rooms, and the street noise was noticeable. The automated check-in process felt impersonal, THERE was no interaction with staff, and I missed having a human touch.
