the location, you know, it was acceptable i guess.
the room seemed smaller than advertised and the bedding, oh god, it seemed like sleeping on sandpaper. the noise levels, they were something else. thanks for that.

large shower mood lighting distant parking stairs issue
The room was HUGE and the ensuite suited a king. I found a soaker tub and a large shower with mood lighting. Lots of towels and robes were provided. This was a nice surprise.
Parking is a bit further away. I did receive a discount on the daily rate as a customer of the hotel. I also noticed a half flight of stairs from the elevator to the even numbered floors. This was difficult as i had large baggage to drag around.

the location allowed easy access to the main tourist area. the complimentary mini bar and welcome drink were pleasant additions. the bed and pillows provided excellent comfort.
the noise level at night was quite high.

excellent location friendly staff free beverages amazing staff
The hotel has an excellent location near Marienplatz. I found several restaurants and sights close by. My room included complementary water, coke and beer in the mini fridge. Staff was amazing and friendly to me.
My room was a bit too warm, and it took me a while to find all the light switches and turn them off.

The staff was very cute to me upon arrival. They helped me with my luggage and gave recommendations for local restaurants. Every staff member was consistently friendly and eager to help guests.

Staff was helpful. The room was large, clean, and quiet. The breakfast included eggs and a variety of fruits. The location allowed easy access to many places of interest.
