large room easy parking staff absence general cleanliness
The room was large. The beds were clean. They also felt comfortable. Parking was easy.
I saw a staff member only once . The place was not the cleanest I have seen. Other guests were often loud.

the room was spacious and very clean. i found coffee and tea provided in the room , a nice touch. it was a short walk into the city center , about 15-20 minutes. the neighborhood also had local shops.
i noticed some ambient noise during the phone call to gain entry. it sounded like a tv was on .

The room included a smart TV. There were ample towels available for use. The location allowed easy access to the city center. Bishopthorpe Road offered a nice spot for brunch.

big room easy parking clean beds
The room was bigger than i expected, a pleasant surprise. parking was easy. That was a relief. the beds were clean and i slept really well.
the heating did not seem to be working properly! it was quite chilly.

Comfortable Stay Near Park

spacious room comfortable bed convenient location
The room was quite spacious with a comfortable bed. I appreciated the kettle with tea and coffee in the room. Toiletries were provided which was a plus. The location was convenient with a nice park and river accessible from the guesthouse.
Making contact upon arrival was difficult because I had to call to get the access codes since there is no on-site host.
