I found ample parking upon arrival, definitely a plus. The reception staff provided a swift check-in service. I also liked the tea, coffee, and snack tray available in the room. The in-room lighting was good.

I noticed that the spa closed quite early. The spa looked very busy . It was difficult to find seating. The steam room felt crowded and noisy due to the presence of many children.

The rooms were nice and neat. I loved the restaurant's delicious food. The staff was also very friendly! I received complimentary water and toiletries in the room. The public spaces looked nice, and the espresso was excellent. I enjoyed the helpful reception staff. Breakfast was especially delicious. Many options were available.

My room overlooked a roof area. The ventilation units were very noisy. I had difficulty sleeping through the night because of the unpleasant view.

From arrival, i found the staff cute. I went to dinner and it was delicious from start to finish. The room was comfortable and maintained beautifully. Thoughtful treats were left for me, a lovely touch.

The government funded a refurbishment costing £1.2 million and it would be better if improvements were made to the rooms.

the room was not comfortable. the bed was very hard, not what i expected from a four-star hotel. the air conditioning did not work well, so it did not regulate the room temperature. obviously, the hotel is close to the airport, so there was quite a bit of noise during the night.
