convenient location friendly staff loud drier arrival leak
the location is very convenient. it is close to the beach and shops. i found fast ev charging in the car park just behind the hotel. the staff are friendly! and helpful.
The room was over the ladies' toilet in the bar. i could hear the sound of the hand drier loudly. i found a leak on arrival. I received a towel to collect drips.

lost curtains plotting springs
The staff was friendly enough, I guess, and the room had a shower that worked sometimes.
I must say, the state of the room was less than stellar. The curtains looked to have hosted a convention of moths and lost. the bed seemed to have springs that were plotting my early morning wake-up, infuriating.

amazing breakfast friendly staff convenient parking
The hotel is very close to the beach. The on-site parking was free. This was convenient. I found the breakfast amazing and the service was fast. The staff members were both friendly and accommodating to all requests.
It was not obvious where guests could find milk or water for tea in the early morning.

Breakfast included a buffet option. It featured pastries, cereal, fruit, and juice. Hot food was available to order. The bar offered a menu with a wide selection of food choices.

The hotel featured a snug. It also has a breakfast room and a bar. These rooms were recently refurbished. They show modern details with lots of character. There is external seating available in the courtyard at the rear.

The staff were always courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel landlord welcomed us and he showed an interest in our day. Imy looked after us very well .

updated menu board inconsistent food availability
The location had on site parking and an outside seating area. These aspects were acceptable.
I found the absence of readily available menu information frustrating. I ordered drinks, assuming certain dishes were available, only to be told they were not. Staff should update the menu board consistently and inform bar staff of any changes, as that would avoid similar confusion in the future.
