a seaside dream
secure garage helpful staff silver service valet parking
The concierge showed us to secure garage parking. It was excellent. I felt completely at ease. the staff were helpful. i found the service next level, silver service was in the dining room, including breakfast, with nothing too much trouble. valet parking became an additional bonus! i felt wonderfully cared for.
the water pressure from the taps was terrible. i did find this somewhat inconvenient.

the hotel sits right on the seafront. its position is very convenient. the broad terrace allows a choice of sun or shade, and the closeness to the beach makes accessing it very easy.

the hotel offers secure garage parking. there's a restaurant. the hotel also features a cocktail bar, where you can relax. standards are kept very high throughout the hotel!

Acceptable Stay, Reception Issues
The location was excellent. It was right on the Esplanade.
The reception staff seemed rather unwelcoming (perhaps I didn't fit their desired guest profile). Upon arrival, I wasn't greeted with the same warmth that other guests received. This.

food quality convenient location polite staff room service missing items extra charges
The food was excellent! The location on the sea front was very convenient. The hotel's exterior made a statement. I found the staff to be polite and open to approach.
I found that the room was not serviced one day. The bed was not made, and there were no toilet rolls. There was no tea, coffee, or milk. The wet towels remained. They tried to charge us for two teas costing over £8, but we never had them.

excellent location super king missing barbecue unserviced room
the room was a good size i booked a double or twin suite sea view it definitely reminded me of a super king i liked the nice touch of a fan since it was very hot the location is excellent directly on the seafront
the live music i was told about didn't happen neither did the barbecue my room wasn't serviced the staff tried to charge me for teas i never had the service i expected was not there
