The staff was helpful and kind. The pool view from our room was enjoyable. I found bangsar district to be very green with good restaurants. The breakfast buffet featured freshly cooked options and refreshing juices. The coffee machine provided coffee, ALTHOUGH other hot drink options were limited. I found the uncrowded pool and clean room peaceful. Service was very friendly.
I found the mattress very firm. the air conditioning wasn't very cold. I needed to adjust my sleeping position near the fan to feel comfortable. the curtain rail collapsed and exposed our room around 3am. it was necessary to put a towel to cover it. the water pressure was quite slow.

the apartment was spacious and the beds felt high quality.
the ac compressor was too noisy. this affected my sleep throughout the night. the furnishings seemed worn with cabinets peeling.
