convenient stay
easy access professional staff
I have found the location convenient with easy access to shops and restaurants. it was a short ride to major landmarks like petronas towers. the staff were very helpful and professional. I appreciated their quick assistance with requests. the big outdoor pool was very nice.
the room cleanliness wasn't great, as i felt itchy upon arrival. i suspect something like a bug or tiny louse on the bed bit me. also, breakfast lacked variety for my taste since it leaned heavily toward asian dishes.

soap scum noisy pool area
The breakfast had a decent selection.
The cleanliness was subpar. The shower door was covered in soap scum and I found this unpleasant. The pool area was noisy due to traffic. I could not relax there without headphones.
