excellent hotel experience
friendly staff clean room varied selection
The staff was friendly and helpful. my room (standard double or twin room) was very clean upon arrival. i appreciated the good selection of drinks and food in the executive lounge. it added a nice touch to my stay.

mixed feelings about my stay
old furniture poor soundproofing
the breakfast included a lot of different kinds of food. it definitely had something for everyone.
My stay had some problems. the room wasn't quite up to par, especially for what i paid. the furniture looked quite old, and the bathroom seemed like it needed some serious work. i also noticed the soundproofing wasn't great. I heard every step from the rooms above and beside me.

Really good Stay Experience!

The breakfast had gluten free options and plenty of food variety! I thought the Executive Lounge was great. The gluten free sandwiches and cake were amazing! Returning from an evening out, the cocktail lounge was busy, and it had live music and great cocktails! Dinner at the Allegretto restaurant was lovely. The waiter was friendly and helpful.
I found the spa access not included in the hotel price a bit disappointing. I was not aware of this when I booked, and I was very much looking forward to the spa experience. The spa seemed expensive. Twenty pounds entry for sauna and hot tub use.

The room had tea and coffee making facilities plus a complimentary bottle of water! The beds were comfortable, and the room felt clean and spacious. This provided a pleasant environment for rest and relaxation after a busy day.

The breakfast buffet was really good. It had a huge choice of fresh food, and it was regularly replenished. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They gave excellent service throughout the hotel. The hotel also provided complimentary wine and water upon arrival, which I appreciated.
The elevators were terribly slow. I had to wait a very long time. The room was old. I saw worn-out furniture. The teapot in my room was broken, and nobody came to fix it even though I asked twice.

I stayed for several nights. The breakfast offered a great selection. The staff were attentive. My room included a complimentary bottle. The mini fridge was well-stocked with various drinks and snacks.
The room service food was quite good. it did take a little longer than expected to arrive.

cramped room limited parking space
the breakfast was delicious and offered many choices.
this. the main entrance was closed, so i had to use a side entrance. This entrance had very limited parking space and people were smoking right at the door creating an unpleasant smell.
