Really good Stay Experience!

The breakfast had gluten free options and plenty of food variety! I thought the Executive Lounge was great. The gluten free sandwiches and cake were amazing! Returning from an evening out, the cocktail lounge was busy, and it had live music and great cocktails! Dinner at the Allegretto restaurant was lovely. The waiter was friendly and helpful.
I found the spa access not included in the hotel price a bit disappointing. I was not aware of this when I booked, and I was very much looking forward to the spa experience. The spa seemed expensive. Twenty pounds entry for sauna and hot tub use.

The breakfast buffet was really good. It had a huge choice of fresh food, and it was regularly replenished. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They gave excellent service throughout the hotel. The hotel also provided complimentary wine and water upon arrival, which I appreciated.
I had to wait a very long time. The room was old. I saw worn-out furniture. The teapot in my room was broken, and nobody came to fix it even though I asked twice.

this. the main entrance was closed, so i had to use a side entrance. This entrance had very limited parking space and people were smoking right at the door creating an unpleasant smell.
