Acceptable, but with issues

The hotel location was central allowing easy access to many sites.
I was quite disappointed. I requested a double bed, but instead, I got two single beds pushed together. Not very comfortable, i must say.

i found the room spacious with a large comfortable bed. tea and coffee were available in the room and breakfast had many options. staff members were efficient and friendly .
i noticed a slight lack of soundproofing at times though it was not consistently a problem.

the premises featured modern decor with strategically placed mirrors that created a visually appealing effect. cleanliness was apparent throughout the hotel facilities and my room. the air conditioning in the room was effective.

the reception desk offered helpful assistance with directions and information. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness. i found the staff cute and they seemed genuinely interested in.

the room i booked, a classic double or twin room, felt a bit dated. the television was small and old and didn't get many channels i wanted to watch. also, there wasn't any complimentary bottled water provided in the room, i think it should be standard.

the location was very central. it made seeing all the sights really easy. the hotel was clean, and the staff seemed happy to help! the room included nice amenities like netflix access and a secure safe.
i noticed that english news channels were not really available on the tv. that's a small thing, really.

breakfast featured a very wide buffet selection spread across multiple mirrored dining areas, with a made-to-order omelette and waffle station! drinks were self-serve, including hot chocolate, coffee, and juices.
