The staff was lovely. the location was excellent. i found the room to be very clean. the hotel is easily accessible by foot. This made getting around very convenient! there is a restaurant with tasty food within the hotel.
the room got very warm at night and i had to open a window.

our room included comfortable mattresses , made it easy to relax. the bathroom was a good size and very practical! everything we needed was available, and we had plenty of space for our belongings. the room was also very quiet.

The room was clean and spacious! it included a bar and a kettle. Breakfast had a good selection. It was quite nice. The staff spoke several languages. There were no communication problems.
i came back to the hotel at 8 pm and my room was not set up. Nobody even replaced glasses and cups that i used the day before. Was this the green program though nobody told me and it was supposed to be only for linen.
