convenient locationclean roomhelpful staff
i found the hotel conveniently located. the room was always clean. breakfast offered a large variety with both hot and cold options. it was all very good. the staff were helpful with all my needs and requests.
i noticed some slight wear and tear in the bathroom fixtures, but it didn't affect my overall stay.

the staff was genuinely attentive and eager to assist, they provided prompt responses to requests and created a cute atmosphere, they always greeted me with a smile and were ready to help. the service.

The breakfast buffet included a wide range of options, from fresh pastries to hot dishes. It catered to various tastes, i really enjoyed the selection of fresh fruit, also the coffee was always hot, and i never felt rushed.

The room included a spacious layout and comfortable bedding. It featured modern amenities, such as a tv and complimentary wifi, my room had a mini bar stocked with various drinks and snacks, so that was awesome.

The hotel has a modern fitness center equipped with treadmills and weight machines. It also includes a business center with computers and printing services, it's a nice addition if you need to get some work done.

Acceptable but not excellent stay
blunt staff
The central heating was TOO hot. I asked for assistance, but the reception staff seemed judgmental and spoke to me in a very blunt manner. It felt as if my requests were an inconvenience.

i felt a warm embrace upon arrival, with a seamless early check-in process. the location was GREAT, very close to many amenities. my room featured a good size and the bed offered supreme comfort and the street outside, very quiet, allowed for a peaceful night's sleep.
i did notice a minor detail, the lack of slippers in the room, which would have added a little comfort.

the hotel is nearby various shops, restaurants, and bakeries, perfect for exploring local cuisines. the hotel is also conveniently located near tourist attractions. getting to the hotel from the airport was simple thanks to the proximity of tram station.
