quality breakfast comfy bed street parking small room
i loved the warm welcome and the quality breakfast. lorraine and simon are wonderful hosts, i felt as if nothing was too much trouble. the rooms were great with everything i needed including a comfy bed and tea and coffee. the shower was superb!!!
parking was on the street and i had to drive around a bit to find a spot. i then had to move by a certain time depending on where i found a spot. the room was also very small.

warm host clean room great pressure
the host are warm. she tried to ensure i have a great stay. the area is quiet and close to restaurants. my room was clean, spacious, and i loved sitting and reading in the chairs. the bathroom had great water pressure.

the location was VERY convenient. the room I had was clean and tidy. breakfast was nice. they gave many choices.

great information safe street town center
lorraine gave me great information. I liked her help with storing my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The location is near the town center and bus stops. The street is well-lit and felt safe at night.
the room felt a little small, and the layout of the bathroom and bedroom felt awkwardly arranged.

The location was very central, I liked that. Breakfast was very good, it had many options. The staff was helpful and kindly to accomodate requests.
The room was small, I found it difficult to move around. The bath and bedroom layout felt awkward to me. I had to climb three flights of stairs, my knees hurt.

The hotel has a traditional charm. Breakfast offered a choice of four types, all delicious. I found the location convenient. It was a short walk to both the town center and the lake. The hosts provided information to help me with storing my luggage before checkin and after checkout.
