the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel is easy to access from the motorway (it saved time). the room was clean and modern, i liked the new design.

the parking area seemed a bit small.

The breakfast selection was good with a variety of options available. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. the restaurant offers a range of dishes, and the food prices are reasonable, in my opinion.

The gym was closed, something i wasn't told about when i booked. had i known, i would have booked elsewhere. also, there was no tv signal for my whole two-night stay. They didn't tell me about this at check-in either! i found the poor communication really frustrating. it feels like they should be upfront about these things.

I was annoyed that the room was right next to the doors. People walking from the bar or reception were SO loud and I did not sleep at all.

i didn't like my room. it wasn't very clean. there was hair in the bathroom and stains on the carpet. also, the service was slow. i waited a long time for my food at the restaurant. it took ages for someone to take my order.
