a nice experience
warm welcome relaxed atmosphere good food quality easy access
the staff gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. i found the atmosphere homely and relaxed. the breakfast offered good quality food at a reasonable price. the location allowed easy access to beautiful places for walks.
i noticed the absence of shampoo and conditioner. only basic soap and a shower cap were available. i would have liked to see more amenities.

The standard king room included a comfortable bed which ensured a sound night's sleep. there was super clean housekeeping. The staff replaced the tea service and biscuits daily. this added a nice touch to the stay.

The staff was friendly! The atmosphere had a homely feel. Breakfast included good quality food at a reasonable price.
Room 2 overlooked the pub garden, so it was a bit noisy until 1030. I closed the window due to noise. The bathroom smelled musty.

Breakfast was lovely and the location was great.
The room I had seemed a bit small. The shower ran hot and cold. I also had some trouble with a bill I did not make, though they did sort it out eventually.

The breakfast included freshly cooked options. The location is central to many attractions. The staff provided friendly service. The building has unique character (a real gem). I found cask ales available. The inn provided a comfortable stay.
The single chair in the room lacked comfort. I found the television placement awkward, set in the corner.

quiet location clean bedroom comfortable bed fresh breakfast
I appreciated the proximity to the high street. It was quiet. the bedroom felt clean and warm, which i valued. the bed was also very comfortable after a long day of exploring. the included breakfast felt freshly made and was quite tasty.
my room felt a little outdated, however. i had hoped for decor that felt more coordinated with the historic style.

the team was attentive. my room was super clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. dinner impressed me with its variety and quality. i found the location really good, near local shops and attractions.
