The location is unbeatable. It is very central to the mrt and chinatown. the staff were helpful with recommendations and were very nice. i also appreciated the inclusion of a free minibar stocked daily with different beverages.

My room had no windows. It felt somewhat small, especially without natural light.

This hotel is right next to maxwell hawker markets and chinatown. The mrt is also very close. the hotel's proximity to cultural attractions makes exploring the area very easy. maxwell food market is steps away.

The staff was very helpful. halim at the front desk provided excellent service and assistance. i appreciated the late check-out that was approved without hassle. That really made my departure smooth.
