the hotel is conveniently located near chinatown. it provides easy access to local attractions.

The rooms were smaller than expected and not well soundproofed. street noise was a problem. I could hear cars and pedestrians late into the night. also, the air conditioning system emitted a loud noise, quite disruptive.

I really liked that the minibar was complimentary. It was refilled daily with drinks and snacks. The hotel also provided a free shopping bag, it was a useful touch. The staff were helpful, they assisted with directions and recommendations. The location was perfect, it allowed for easy access to many attractions.

I thought the gym was quite small. Though adequate, it could benefit from additional equipment.

The room was very comfortable. And maintained a nothing noisy despite not having a window. A skylight provided natural light, the dark setting was conducive for good sleep. The complimentary bottle of wine was a bonus.

i found the location really excellent!!! it is just opposite maxwell market. the staff was always very helpful. i even got upgraded to a better room due to a small issue with damp carpet after heavy rain. bathrooms are quite large and very clean.

i found that the subterranean rooms can be a bit noisy because of the nearby mrt. also, music from adjacent clubs was audible late at night. i recommend requesting a room above ground level facing the street.

The location is unbeatable. It is very central to the mrt and chinatown. the staff were helpful with recommendations and were very nice. i also appreciated the inclusion of a free minibar stocked daily with different beverages.

My room had no windows. It felt somewhat small, especially without natural light.
