Acceptable stay with a few shortcomings
coffee machine underground parking missing window short toilet
The room size was spacious. It included a coffee machine with daily Nespresso capsules. The underground parking was superb (very convenient). Breakfast was good with variety of options.
The hotel showed its age. The bathroom lacked windows and had no mechanical extraction system. The toilet seat was shorter than the toilet itself.

River Views and Quiet Comfort
warm welcome river view modern bathroom
Marta and Raquel at reception were most cute. They offered helpful suggestions regarding local sights. My premium beautiful room balconies had complete Douro River views. The bathroom was modern and super clean, I thought the towels were very soft.
Facilities
9/10
The pool has amazing views! It looks like there is good space around the pool itself. there is free indoor parking available. It seems secure and offers convenient access to the reception area via a lift.
Location
8/10
The location was quite private and serene, though the wineries are a drive away. There seem to be few restaurants within a short driving distance. This isolation contributes to the hotel's tranquil atmosphere.
