the hotel has spacious common areas perfect to relax. all the staff members i encountered were fantastic. the food was decent and well-prepared. i appreciated the beautiful scenery surrounding the premises.
the wifi signal was a bit weak in certain areas of the room but it was still functional.

i thoroughly enjoyed my staywith really good service from the staff. anna greeted me warmly and gave me a tour of the hotel and my upgraded room. the hotel terrace provided fine views of carbis bay and st ives, offering a perfect setting to relax. the train station nearby made travel convenient.
the breakfast menu , while delicious , lacked vegetarian options. i suggest introducing more variety, including plant-based choices, for lunch and dinner. one additional vegetarian entree option could greatly enhance the dining experience and accommodate various dietary preferences.

the hotel has a short stroll to the beach, i liked this a lot. the train station runs half hourly into st ives, it's easy to access. we used a celebration room, it was very comfortable. i found a gem in this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
the price i paid, i felt the breakfast should be included. i would expect extra choice and some level of buffet food.

food are of a very high standard, it is an experience to remember. fine coastal views exist from the restaurant. plenty tables are there to take in the view and relax.

The staff are kind and attentive. They show personalised management. i asked for extra decaf and the manager immediately took time to get me more pods. a member of staff saw me and rushed out with a cushion.

This hotel has a great location. It is a short walk to the beach and train station. The staff were very friendly (anne and eve really stood out). The food was really good and the chef prepares big portions.
The bathrobes provided were very small. Larger sizes were unavailable. This impacted my comfort .
