The front desk staff were helpful. They went the extra mile to. All the services were perfect. The hotel upgraded my room to a garden suite. This upgrade really made me very happy and comfortable.
The included breakfast had an issue. Every morning I had to tell them on the phone it was included. I was still charged at the end of the stay. The charge was removed but I expect a hotel of this caliber to be on top of this stuff.

really good service positive attitude genuine welcome delayed check-in missing bed poor buffet
kim provided really good service! she was professional and attentive. kim was genuinely cute, and she. her dedication and positive attitude did not go unnoticed.
i booked an extra bed, but it was not there on check in. it wasn't there when i returned to the hotel at 11.30pm after reminding reception. i couldn't check into one of the suites until 5.30pm, inconvenient. the breakfast buffet was very poor for a five star hotel
