my stay was excellent the staff were friendly and very helpful i liked the cleanliness the location is very convenient it has proximity to many shops and restaurants the room had a good air conditioning system it kept the temperature just right for a restful sleep the breakfast was fantastic offering a variety of fresh options
the room felt a bit small for a longer stay i had some issues with the tv remote it was unresponsive at times the noise from the street was noticeable early in the morning there was also some difficulty connecting to the wifi

friendly staffexcellent service
the staff was friendly and the service was consistently excellent. the hotel was clean and well kept . i appreciated the location being very close to two underground stations. this made getting around the city very easy.
I found some noise between floors. Minimal sound insulation exists there.

the location was convenient, close to transportation.
The room was smaller than expected, even for a "standard double room". the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, resulting in a persistent musty smell. housekeeping seemed inconsistent. One day the towels weren't replaced, another day the trash wasn't emptied.

totally awesome stay!

the hotel is super close to bayswater station. it took less than five minutes to walk there. the room, especially the bathroom, was really clean. our room felt new and was quiet since it was at the back of the hotel. we loved the quiet!
the walls seemed pretty thin. i could hear noises from the rooms around us and above us. it made it a bit hard to sleep soundly one night.

The hotel is located near many cafes and restaurants. I found a mcdonald's a few steps from the hotel. this location made grabbing quick bites super easy. it gave us plenty of dining options!

The staff was accommodating and friendly. Mohammed was especially helpful. everyone i encountered seemed genuinely happy to assist. this made a huge difference. i felt very welcome and supported .

The room had everything we needed and the bathroom was clean and spacious. it felt newly renovated, a nice touch. the beds were really comfy. We slept great. the air conditioning worked perfectly!

The staff was very helpful! the location was very convenient, close to the underground and restaurants. i found the room very clean. i appreciated the radiator controls. It was nice to adjust the temperature easily.

the hotel features modern decor. the rooms offer storage for suitcases and toiletries. usb-c ports were available for charging phones, which i found useful. i noted the provision for hanging clothes within the room too.

i particularly enjoyed the breakfast. the breakfast offered a large buffet. a la carte options were also available. tea and coffee were great, and i really appreciated the fresh quality.
