green stain dirty cups
The lagoon pool had a green stain. i also noticed dirt floating about, it was not so great. the rooms were barely cleaned, there were dirty espresso cups the entire week. they were never checked. i saw a gross white stain and a pool of liquid on one of them from the previous guests, never sorted. there seems to be real inconsistencies across the hotel. i won't come back

fantastic stay!
friendly staff room balcony pool variety
The staff was very friendly, and they always seemed happy to help. i really liked that the room had a balcony. it was great to sit out there and relax. the multiple pools offered nice variety. I enjoyed switching between them depending on the time of day.
the gym equipment felt a bit dated, and some machines were out of order. i hope they get fixed soon.

The restaurants offered a good mix of international and local options. i appreciated the availability of fresh seafood and vegetarian dishes. Everything tasted delicious. the buffet had a wide selection too.

the hotel location provided easy access to nearby attractions. i loved the proximity to the sea, and i also liked the scenic views. the grounds were well maintained and added to the relaxing atmosphere.

A mixed experience. Some issues need attention
tiny balcony unhappy staff
this hotel was disappointing. my room's balcony was tiny. it lacked privacy. the adult pool had dirty sunbeds. there was green stuff around the pool edge. the staff seemed unhappy. the food was bland. i did not enjoy my stay.

lukewarm food inconsistent service
I found several issues. the buffet lacked temperature control. Hot food was often lukewarm. also, drink service was inconsistent, sometimes slow, and orders were occasionally incorrect (this happened at every bar).
