I appreciated the variety of snacks available throughout the resort. the water parks provided great entertainment. the kids cinema showed all movies. That was a real treat for my little one.

the aqua park had many pools and slides. i saw lifeguards everywhere keeping watch. the hotel had a lot of variety for food and drinks (i especially loved the juice bar!).
some staff made me uncomfortable and seemed a bit rude. the room wasn't the cleanest. i noticed bugs so i had to buy bug spray.

I enjoyed the many options available to entertain my children. The resort was consistently clean in every area (i really appreciated it). The water park provided a lot of fun with its great slides. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The hotel food options were just okay, nothing was bad though nothing was great. The restaurant setup caused us to walk in and out of different spots for food. It took us almost an hour before we could finally eat each time. I did feel the hotel prioritizes profit.
