Acceptable Stay with a Few Drawbacks

I received a room upgrade. It was a room with access to a private pool. The complex is very large. The complex is well-organized. Staff cleaned the room daily.
The food lacked quality. The food was repetitive. It was the same every day. WiFi worked poorly. Connecting was challenging in rooms and common areas. The rooms and bathrooms were small. The rooms and bathrooms were basic.

miserable service house keeping staff
The resort had many sport fields, so something was always available to do.
The receptionists at night offered a very miserable service, I found. No member of staff cracked a smile. The house keeping staff gave eye rolls. It was not the warmth I expected from a 5-star hotel.
