I found the staff to be very cute and professional. The rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable. I ate dinner and breakfast, and the food was AMAZING!!! There was a great breakfast selection with attentive service.
My room did not have windows that open for fresh air. The air con was quite loud, which bothered me.

the receptionists were helpful and cute. the hotel had a convenient location near the town center. i appreciated the memorial park and playground located behind the hotel.
The room could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. I noticed hairs and stains upon closer inspection. the decorative bed cushions were the worst offenders. i would prefer those cushions not be in the room if they cannot be properly cleaned.
