The garden room called Mint was very comfortable. It had everything I needed. I especially liked the private outdoor space with a fire pit and logs. Decor and furnishings were very lovely.
The curtains were a little difficult to close and open. I had some difficulty getting them just right

Really good Stay at a Charming Hotel
well-equipped roomscenic routecute staff
I found the room well-equipped with ample space. The gardens provided a quick, scenic route to the restaurant. The staff was very cute, and they addressed every request promptly and efficiently. I was REALLY impressed by how friendly and helpful everyone was.
I found a few cobwebs in the windows, and i think cleanliness could be slightly improved.

The hotel includes a large carpark. It also features an electric charging point. The spa is tiny. It offers full body massages with Gaia products. The sauna is a cupboard with a glass front. It sits in the room as you enter the spa, so there is no privacy.

The staff provided an warm welcome and were very helpful. The staff didn't pay enough attention to refilling coffee. I had to ask them to do so. Staff tried their best. They don't seem to care about effect on guests.

The hotel boasts a good location, offering convenient access to various attractions. It has a quiet location near the town center. The gardens provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I found the location AMAZING!!!

My room included tea and coffee, biscuits, and sloe gin. Good bathroom toiletries were provided. The bed was comfortable. The bed had ill fitting sheets, so when i got in bed, the sheet became undone at the top of the bed, the sheet was basically not the right size.

I found the room cleanliness somewhat lacking. there were cobwebs in the corners, and the carpet looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum in ages. the spa situation was also a letdown. It's tiny and not really up to par for what i'd expect. it felt more like an afterthought than a proper spa.

lovely decorquality breakfast
The room "double room garden view" had a lovely decor! furnishings were very nice. i had some sloe gin while sitting alfresco. It was unexpected.
The coffee wasn't very nice and there weren't enough fresh berries. It was a little disappointing.

The breakfast offered a wide, varied selection. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were never intrusive. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The garden looked attractive. pleasant sitting rooms were available.
I noticed the shower gel container had been left open from a previous guest.
