i found the staff friendly and helpful . my room felt clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. the food tasted exactly how i wanted it. arranging a taxi was easy thanks to the team at check-in and i really appreciated the help with my bags
i noticed some noise from external equipment near my room on the roof

I felt very cared for with all the little touches. A drop of port was a special gift in my room. The table-service was very friendly and patient. I loved it. The shower was hot. The bed was comfortable.
I had a problem to sleep well. The room felt too hot all night. The waiter did not bring out our starters. He gave us the main course instead. He forgot to put them through. At breakfast, I could clearly hear the chef using bad language.

The staff were SUPER friendly. Breakfast included a yummy full veggie option and nothing was too much trouble for them. I could also have a lovely evening meal. Everything was great. The hotel was really accommodating to my dog, which I appreciated SO much.
The water temperature in the bathroom was temperamental.
