Excellent Stay, Smooth Access

The hotel offered convenient access to the metro station. I found it very useful. The breakfast selection was wide and tasty. It had many options. Staff were friendly and helpful. I felt welcome. The room was well-equipped and spacious. I liked it a lot.
The elevator wait times were long. Only two of the four elevators were operating.

The hotel provides direct access to the MRT station. This simplifies city transportation. Many shopping malls are relatively close by car, this made shopping easy. Temples are accessible from this location. I appreciated that a lot.

The bedroom was large. It was also comfortable. The room included free, fast WiFi, I found it useful. The room was clean and well presented, I was pleased with the state of the room.

the breakfast buffet included many options. I especially enjoyed the food. I also loved the convenience of having a bridge connecting the hotel to the railway station.
I found the pool area quite busy. i wish there was more space to relax. This made it difficult to fully appreciate the rooftop pool.

the team assisted with bags and provided taxi service. Staff members greeted us warmly each morning. The concierge was attentive and always AVAILABLE to assist with directions and recommendations.

the hotel's position was great, offering easy access to transportation. The sky train provided swift travel to many key attractions. its proximity to the river was a huge bonus.

The room was equipped with a soft mattress and good pillows. A rainfall shower was such a delight. Daily housekeeping kept the room super clean, so the room was always immaculate.

The room were very clean and well decorated. The staff gave amazing service. I also liked the convenience of the location to connect with the skytrain system.
The pool seemed to be really packed and don't expect to relax by it. It sounded very loud and there were Children screaming splashing water. I found it difficult to enjoy the stay.
