I found the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic assortment of choices. Fresh fruit and hot dishes were available. The river view suite included a huge balcony overlooking the city. It also had a view of the river and the bridge.
My bags experienced a delay before arriving in my room.

I found the staff to be courteous, friendly, polite, and helpful. Our room received an upgrade to the beautiful. In-room service arrived very quickly and the food was delicious. I appreciated the hospitality! (the fruit platter was a nice touch).
The price is a bit high. The rooms could use some updating.

the hotel seemed far from the main attractions. i had to rely on the hotel's shuttle service to get around.
