The breakfast had infinite options! i found everything from classic continental choices to delicious asian dishes. they even had sushi and ice cream. It was very nice

the breakfast buffet presented a wide array of choices. i found the free shuttle boat service to the saphan taksin pier convenient for getting around. it saved me time and effort.
the hotel building shows its age a bit. i noticed the interior was a little worn. some of the furniture looked outdated. i waited longer than i expected.

i stayed in a beautiful two-bedroom royal suite. the suite had lots of space for my things. the breakfast was great (especially the fresh fruit!).
the gym only had two working treadmills, a slight inconvenience.

The complimentary shuttle boat to ICONSIAM was convenient. It made shopping easy. The staff was polite. They were always ready to assist. Breakfast had a decent mix of international options. The riverside breakfast seating is very enjoyable. It had a premium feel.
Rooms were spacious, but a bit dated. Housekeeping seemed rushed. Rooms weren't as clean, especially in the bathroom, where pillowcases were forgotten.
