Mediocre stay with a few letdowns
stuffy roomrough towels
My stay wasn't awful, but a few things need attention. The air con seemed stuck at 19 degrees. No adjustment worked and room became stuffy. I think hotel needs to check this before guest arrives. The towels was rough as sandpaper, I reminded me of I was exfoliating my skin. I wouldn't rush back based on those problems.

helpful gracegolf course
the gym is lovely, it isn't very big but it has everything I need. it also HAS a steam room and a sauna. grace in particular is very helpful and polite. the golf course is also good.
the hotel, wasn't perfect. the room I stayed in got a bit noisy at night due to some event.

faulty tvpoor service
The tv in my room didn't work, i told reception but nobody came to fix it, so i had no tv for my entire stay. breakfast was chaotic, staff struggled to keep up with the number of guests, i ended up setting my own table and no one even offered tea or coffee to me

lackluster stay
loud machinerypoor communication
i was quite annoyed by the noise. the first night , loud machinery kept me up from almost midnight until 3 am. the second night was worse , so i called reception. a man said it was roadworks scheduled from 11 pm to 5 am. this really impacted my sleep and ability to work effectively the next day.
