The room had a great layout with nice amenities (i chose a king room balcony). Breakfast was good. Hakan provided friendly service. He was very attentive during breakfast.

the staff greeted me with a warm welcome. they upgraded my room. a tasty treat was waiting in my room. the hotel is very clean.
the area was a bit crowded.

My room was not properly cleaned one day. I found hairs in the shower drain. This. The soundproofing wasn't great either. I could hear street noise at night.

A dream near galata
clean designdelicious foodcrowded area
The design of the room with its clean lines felt very easy to live in. le labo toiletries in the bathroom were a delight. hakan managed the breakfast service. His warmth and helpfulness added so much, not to mention the delicious food he brought to the green courtyard.
access to the hotel was sometimes inconvenient. taxis had difficulty finding the street. the area felt crowded at times, that was challenging.

i found the breakfast very nice, especially the waiter hakan. he. it really added to the experience. the location was also ideal! it was very close to galata tower.
The staff seemed to have some communication problems. they were not very helpful with directions around the area. They had trouble helping us get to tourist sites. also, they gave us some inaccurate information about taxis, inconvenient. i think the staff would benefit from further training
