i found the breakfast very nice, especially the waiter hakan. he. it really added to the experience. the location was also ideal! it was very close to galata tower.
The staff seemed to have some communication problems. they were not very helpful with directions around the area. They had trouble helping us get to tourist sites. also, they gave us some inaccurate information about taxis, inconvenient. i think the staff would benefit from further training
