The breakfast was adequate. I found a diverse selection of items (i especially liked the eggs). All employees were really kind and helpful, it.
Sound proofing in the rooms was terrible. I easily heard people talking in other rooms, even television sounds. Housekeeping staff constantly banged the doors during the day. It was disruptive.

I was happy with the modern design. Breakfast had a HUGE variety and tasted delicious. The staff were ALWAYS smiling and ready to help. I found a taxi EASILY due to the location.
The bathrooms were on the smaller side. That was a slight inconvenience.

the staff was helpful. they surprised my mother with a small birthday gift, very thoughtful. the cleaning was also very good
the extra bed we requested was not made up. even after we went out for dinner, we had to ask for it again. the spare pillows provided were poor quality and the filling was clumped up.
