The hotel is near most main tourist attractions. Restaurants and a supermarket are also close. The room was comfortable. Staff were helpful and accommodating.
The bedroom curtains did not cover the windows SO THE room filled with sunlight. A very small free standing wardrobe was available SO half of the clothes had to be dealt with from within the suitcase. The shower was located inside the jacuzzi so i had to climb over the walls of the jacuzzi.

the hotel is near many historic buildings and museums it is also close to the tram stop for ferries i found the location very convenient i appreciated that the hotel was surprisingly quiet despite its central location the room was clean and spacious the staff were courteous and helpful providing useful information
the water pressure in the shower was not very strong possibly due to the building's historic structure this was a minor inconvenience

I felt safe as a solo traveller and the staff were friendly. the reception team went out of their way, suggesting relevant visits. the location was amazing. The major sites were a few minutes walk. i appreciated the quiet street.
the bedroom curtains did not completely cover the windows. the room filled with sunlight at sunrise.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i especially appreciated the 24/7 reception and undisturbed balcony. i found the breakfast had good variety. Its nice to have many choices each morning.
The hotel is on a hill. The walk back can be a bit tiring after a long day.

The comfort double room was clean. The beds were comfortable. the bathroom was also clean and well kept. I appreciated this very much. ample cupboard space was available.

The coffee machine was always available near reception. i used it several times a day. My kids enjoyed hot chocolate. the hotel also offered to store my extra luggage. This helped me during my travels.

Breakfast was mainly turkish with a slight touch of continental dishes. the breakfast had many options, more than i expected. i would say the breakfast was very good. It had fresh ingredients.
