the location was quite central. it was easy to reach different places. the hotel was close to the metro station.
the room seemed smaller than it looked in the pictures. i also noticed we had to pay an additional fee for extra adults.

the apartment size was great for a family. a washing machine was included in the apartment. restaurants are nearby (that was convenient). the residence is close to taksim square (just a short walk away).
i found the lack of coffee and tea supplies a bit surprising for this type of place.

housekeeping provided daily cleaning services for our apartment. the staff was helpful with directions (they provided accurate information). the team addressed any issues immediately.

the apartments were big, good.
The check-in process was quite frustrating. There seemed to be some disorganization. i witnessed multiple groups in discussions with staff, and several people was upset regarding the deposit process. also, there were communication breakdowns between different staff, and i was locked out of my room at one point. Management didn't take responsibility for the mistake.

The staff was helpful with check in and check out. The location provides convenient access to local attractions. I appreciated the modern design and cleanliness of the apartment as well as the stylish furniture throughout the rooms.
The dryer didn't seem to dry clothes so I had to hang them around the room.

The apartment had all necessary amenities including a useful dishwasher. Housekeeping kept the room clean consistently. They supplied complimentary bottled water and fresh towels daily, also they loaded the dishwasher for me.

The location is very close to Taksim Square. Several coffee shops and food stores are adjacent to the building. This made accessing amenities easy.

The staff was cute and worked to ensure everything was in order. Security guards were present in the building. I felt secure because of that security presence.

There were shops with coffee and food items next to the building. Many dining options are available near Taksim Square. I could easily walk to these places.
