the staff provided helpful service . the location was convenient with easy access to transportation. the room was clean and well maintained each day. i found the reception area appealing, also the bar had a good layout.
there were regular issues with one lift being out of order, causing long wait times to go up or down the floors.

The hotel has a prime spot close to Borough Market. The facilities let me shower while my room was prepared, so handy. I liked the bar, the drinks were reasonably priced.

The breakfast buffet offered many options i appreciated the fresh fruit selection. The gym had several cardio machines facing an excellent skyline. There were convenience stores nearby , made quick errands easy.
The phone in my room did not work i could not contact reception. The lighting in the room was dim a main lamp was broken. I found a missing full-length mirror inconvenient when preparing for an event.

The breakfast had a great variety. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The room was also large. Staff members proved helpful .
The shower did not drain properly. I found very limited tea supplies. Our children felt the pull out bed was uncomfortable. I booked this room for my husband's 40th birthday, but it was not acknowledged.

The location was pretty good. it was walking distance to Boroughs yard and market, so that was great. the front STAFF were very kind and helpful. the room was modern and spacious. My family of three fit easily.
The shower didnt drain properly. i found very limited tea and coffee supplies. There were only four tea bags. my children found the pull out bed was very uncomfortable, it was too small.
