good variety diverse offering nice gardens
the breakfast had a good variety and a diverse offering. i wish there were two cooks to speed up service at the frying station. the surrounding gardens and pool areas were very nice.

underwhelming stay. needs improvement
faulty door mosquito problem
the buffet breakfasts were acceptable, with a lot of options.
the patio door did not close properly, and mosquitoes were constantly in the room. the bugs were annoying.

hole near deck mosquito netting
The shuttle service to and from the airport and the falls was convenient. The staff, especially the front desk and shuttle drivers, were amazing.
I found a hole from the outside near the deck doors. This allowed mosquitoes to enter the room. They sprayed the room before bed, and there was mosquito netting around the bed, but it was still concerning!!!

cute staff beautiful landscaping
The staff was cute and efficient. the hotel offered good food variety, from traditional dishes to western options. there was also good dessert variety. I liked that. the grounds had beautiful landscaping.
