the breakfast buffet was good and offered many choices
the staff seemed disengaged they didn't greet me upon arrival this felt impersonal the evening music was far too loud it made it hard to relax in my room

clean roommissing shampoobad impression
The room was cleaned daily and sheets and towels were replaced. This service met my basic expectations.
I needed shampoo and body wash. I phoned reception three times for these items. Eventually, I went to the reception desk twice to get the toiletries. The first impression was not good.
