the hotel is in a pretty good location. its near a tram, just a four minute walk. the shopping areas are close by, at walking distance. most tourist spots are also accessible by foot.
the breakfast was not very good, i think. sometimes i thought they served day-old bread. the breakfast room was outside and cold because it was raining. i think they could offer more fruits.

the hotel is centrally located near major attractions, including the blue mosque and hagia sophia. i found public transportation easily accessible from the hotel. the staff were very accommodating, always ready to assist with recommendations. breakfast had a good mix of local and international options.
wifi was a little unstable during peak hours, which affected video calls.

my standard double or twin room included a kettle and fridge, quite convenient. the room itself was attractive and i found it comfortable for my four-night stay. the decor gave it a unique, nostalgic appeal.

the staff greeted guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival, offering assistance with any needs. the team was always willing to help with directions and providing useful travel tips. their customer-oriented approach was appreciated!!!

the breakfast room is bright and airy, located in a conservatory next to the garden. i was pleased to see a huge range of foods available during the breakfast service. the hotel staff prepared breakfast earlier than the scheduled time to accommodate early departures.

The check-in process was not smooth I found the staff to be quite pushy about writing a review right then and there , Made me uncomfortable hot items offered during breakfast were disappointing The scrambled eggs were watery and the Vienna sausage was served in a strange tomato sauce. The fruit selection lacked ripeness consistently over the several breakfasts I had
