the breakfast had good variety though the dining area was quite busy during peak hours.
i found several maintenance issues were overlooked the bathroom had a leaky faucet. the wardrobe door was misaligned, not closing properly. these small details detracted from the overall quality of the room, suggesting a need for more thorough inspections.

The hotel provided daily room service and I appreciated this. Laleh did an excellent job ensuring my room was super clean. Ehsan assisted me with all requests. He always had a positive attitude. Maryam prepared a fresh, delicious breakfast each morning.
The soundproofing was not good. I could hear early morning prayer calls.

the reception staff, mohammad, was always very friendly and accommodating. the rooms were very clean upon arrival. the location is superb with easy access to many key attractions. i found the cleanliness to be a definite highlight .
The soundproofing was not great. I could easily hear noise from the hallway.

i appreciated that the location was close to taksim square. it was only a short ten minute walk. i found it clean. the room was also comfortable.
the soap dispensers didn't work well. the tv remote was not working either. it seems its a old hotel with not great service.
