a charming stay in tuscany
professional servicevaried dishes
the staff offered a warm welcome and professional service. the breakfast was amazing!!! i particularly enjoyed the varied dishes. the hotel's location is a perfect base for exploring tuscany.

The hotel is centrally located and easy to access. The staff helped with check in and kept the rooms clean. The parking permit and easy parking helped a lot (an electric charging station was nearby).
The hotel rooms are somewhat dated and need refurbishment. I noticed the carpet stairs were badly stained and threadbare. The bar had limited hours. Coffee was not available throughout the day.

This was my first visit! the staff was attentive. i particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. There was a wide variety of options available each morning. the location was prime, with easy access to local attractions and dining spots. i found getting around so easy!!!
the elevator was a little slow at times, especially during peak hours. it was not a big deal.

The room had a tv with many international channels. the air conditioning worked PERFECTLY!!! the bathroom included a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. I didn't need to bring anything. the room also featured a mini-fridge, VERY convenient!!!
