broken tilespoor lighting

the room i booked was an executive room. i found broken tiles and a crack in the ceiling. there were also holes from screws in the walls. the room felt dark and lifeless so i requested a different room. i was moved to a smaller, more modern room with better wifi. i expected higher standards for the price.
