excellent stay, minor hiccup
great choice friendly staff easy reservations
this hotel proved really good in several aspects. the provided breakfast offered a great fresh choice each morning, also a superb egg station was available. staff members were friendly and always very attentive to our requests. they facilitated our bike hire and also our restaurant reservations, which i thought was very handy.
The rooftop terrace looked nice, but ordering drinks involved wooden qr codes. Only a small number were actually functional. this caused a bit of inconvenience when trying to place orders, as i had to try several codes before finding one that worked. hopefully, they will address the issue to streamline the ordering process.

the hotel enjoys a fine position near the beach and mountains, offering gorgeous views of both! it is quite close to several dining options and shops, which offers convenience. access to public transport is within walking distance.

the hotel offers a secure car park, which adds reassurance with vehicles. the pool area features a decent amount of loungers and shaded sections for relaxation. a modern gym is equipped with treadmills and stationary bikes.

the staff were attentive, and always very helpful in arranging various services. special thanks to the reception staff for making me feel at home! their professional attitude and attention were really good.

The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of fresh options daily! the quality of ingredients used at breakfast was quite high. the chef creates customized omelets upon request. This is a nice touch!

slow check-in small plunge pool
The check-in process was REALLY slow. I waited about half an hour because the staff member was busy answering endless questions from other guests. It felt a little frustrating. I was quite disappointed by the rooftop 'pool'. It was more like a tiny plunge pool, maybe four meters long!!!
