good air conditionerbig roomfriendly staffgood breakfast
the air conditioner worked good in the room. i have stayed other hotels, their air conditioner was weak, and had no effect. the room was big also. staff were friendly and helpful, i thought. breakfast had good options.
water only provided on first night i stay. the tv didnt work but it was an it fault.

The location was convenient. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely.
The heating system was not very effective in my room. I felt quite cold. The reception area was warmer, so it seems like the rooms need better insulation, I wasn't very happy.

The location was superb. I loved being so close to the main station. i also appreciated the comfortable beds, i slept like a baby every night. the soundproofing and darkening features.!!
I noticed the heating system wasn't the best. The room felt a bit chilly. i wish it had been warmer so i could have felt more comfortable .

The hotel provides convenient access to nearby metro stations. There is one practically around the corner. this provides a quick and easy way to travel directly to the airport using the s-bahn and makes exploring the city super easy!!!

The staff were friendly and always available when i needed them. they allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout, i appreciated this. the staff kept the hotel clean and tidy. They always worked hard.

The breakfast selection had a satisfactory variety. There were options for everyone. i found the coffee particularly delicious and very strong!!! depending on the time, you find a mix of local and regional options.

the reception staff were VERY friendly. i arrived early and they checked me in. the room was more spacious than other locations i stayed. i also got advice on getting to the airport.
water was only provided on the FIRST night. the tv did not work because of an it fault.
