The hotel is centrally located. i walked to several places from there. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile. my room, a beautiful double room, was super clean.

My stay included a great room. The room featured a very intuitive shower and excellent controls. The location offered walking distance to various attractions.
The sofa in my room had noticeable stains. Food stains marked the wall near the TV.

My room featured a balcony. a bottle of complimentary wine greeted me upon arrival. It tasted very nice! the closet contained a steamer iron, and it proved useful for quickly refreshing my clothes.
i waited longer than i wanted sometimes. It would be useful if the signage for the stairs was a little bit better. i could have used them more.

the staff met me at my uber with a luggage cart. the bellman was very helpful regarding my bags. he proactively assisted when i needed help and got a taxi, then he loaded my luggage.

the a/c worked perfectly. the bed felt super comfy. the shower stood out, it provided intuitive controls that contributed to a relaxing experience after exploring. the modern style of the room matched my taste.

the hotel offered a tasty complimentary wine. i also enjoyed breakfast, even if the variety could be better! i didn't eat dinner at the hotel, so i cannot give information about these meals.
