clean room comfy bed helpful staff street noise high minibar prices limited equipment
the room was clean. the bed was comfy. the staff were helpful with directions. breakfast offered a wide selection of foods.
The room i stayed in faced a busy street. I could hear street noise throughout the night. the minibar prices were quite high. the gym equipment was limited.

fantastic central stay
great location helpful staff convenient facilities
the location was amazing , being so close to everything made sightseeing easy. the staff was always ready to assist with a smile , ensuring i felt welcome. my room had an ironing board with an iron plus tea making facilities , which was especially convenient.
soundproofing was somewhat lacking. i could hear street noise , including trams , and it made it hard to fall asleep before midnight.

friendly staff efficient service useful parking
i found the staff friendly and professional. the front desk provided efficient service. i appreciated the location close to the central square. parking at the nearby theater proved useful.

dark room bathroom facilities
My visit had some drawbacks. The room lacked sufficient lighting, it felt quite dark. there was no place to hang wet clothes in the bathroom. We wanted to dry our clothes after some rain but the bathroom had no facilities.
