large room window seat friendly staff
I found the room very large and well-equipped with necessary amenities. A lovely window seat offered a street view. I appreciated that the hotel provided parking and the staff were friendly and helpful .
The public areas seemed a bit tired.

The beautiful suite included a separate lounge area and a spacious bathroom. A separate toilet room added convenience and the bed was comfortable for a restful night's sleep.

The breakfast service was cooked to order each morning and I found the food to be delicious. The staff demonstrated attentiveness and seemed willing to accommodate every request . Nothing was too much trouble for them.

historic charm and good details
free parking welsh cheese
the free parking opposite the hotel and at the rear was a major plus. walking distance to all attractions made exploring very convenient for me. the breakfast was very good, especially the eggs royale. i also enjoyed a relaxed evening meal with sharing plates and a welsh cheese board, with local ingredients.

non-working radiator disappointing breakfast
The location offered convenient private parking, helpful for exploring the area.
I was less than thrilled about a couple of things. The room felt rather cold because only one radiator worked, not exactly ideal.

comfortable room convenient location
the location was convenient i could walk to shops and attractions nearby. i enjoyed the smooth check-in and check-out services they were quick and efficient.
the noise early in the morning was disturbing it made it difficult for me to sleep i think this could be improved with better soundproofing in the rooms.

The beautiful double room offered a cozy couch and two bedroom armchairs. soft linens adorned the large super-king bed. i found plentiful modern in room amenities. A nespresso machine created perfect coffee.

The breakfast was fantastic, particularly the full Welsh breakfast! It included tasty salted butter. Gemma assisted with extending our stay. She suggested local restaurants.

My standard double room featured a coffee maker and a kettle. the staff were very helpful. Danielle offered tips about local walks. free parking was available on site. This was very convenient. breakfast had good choices and good value.
