I appreciated the health club. Ghada and the team created a cute atmosphere (even noted my country's culture). The service was excellent. I felt well cared for and appreciated.
The front desk person was not friendly upon arrival. They handed me keys and took a call. There was no warmth or explanation of the hotel. The room had mildew growth in the shower.

I found the gardens beautiful. They provided a calm space. the pool areas were clean and well-kept. i liked the breakfast buffet. It offered a wide selection, and the food was fresh.
the gym equipment seemed a bit dated.

the king guest room pool view had a comfortable bed. it included a spacious bathroom with two sinks, and it featured a separate walk-in shower area. the room size was adequate.

The hotel had multiple outdoor pools. i noticed there were three tennis courts available . the fitness center included treadmills, stationary bikes, and some free weights. I did not see any cable cross machines though.

the hotel provided several dining options. the breakfast buffet featured many choices of hot and cold dishes, and the restaurant staff kept things clean and well-stocked. i appreciate that there was an italian restaurant onsite.

Housekeeping was attentive. They kept the room tidy. reception staff checked me in efficiently. i felt that staff members were polite and helpful when i needed assistance, and they provided quick responses.
