excellent stay
efficient staffsized roomsuper clean room
i found the reception experience warm with efficient staff. i always like when staff recognize me. the rooms are nicely sized the floor to ceiling windows provide open feeling. housekeeping kept rooms super clean.
the lighting in the room was difficult to manage especially near the bed.

the room was large it included a king size bed and a seating area. a desk was also available in the room as was a fridge. there was a large wardrobe with a bathroom offering a shower over the bath.

the club lounge access was a good feature. there was a good set of canadian beers wines and other drinks to order. the breakfast in the lounge was plentiful it was fresh and tasty.

the check in staff were super friendly and helpful. the concierge team was efficient with requests. staff were attentive to needs and were always very kind to all the guests.

solid stay near st paul's
early check-infriendly staffconvenient locationcomfortable beds
the staff was very friendly. i appreciated that they checked me in early, before the usual check-in time of 4 pm. this was helpful because i had an appointment at st paul's hospital across the street. the room included two beds which were comfy.

the hotel provides a clean environment, with the club lounge and other areas well kept. while i did not use them, the hotel offers a fitness area and pool. the bar one is available for drinks and conversation.

the location met my needs just fine I guess.
getting ahold of someone for service felt impossible they took their sweet time. my room overlook some other building. i found the lack of attentiveness pretty annoying, and it soured the whole experience for me.

my room included a king size bed a seating area a desk a fridge a large wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower over the bath free water bottles were supplied daily the foyer is modern large and open with reception seating and dining areas the staff was cute at check in
the water pressure was a bit light
