tender moments at a special place
club lounge city view attentive staff
I loved that the hotel gave me access to the club lounge. It felt so exclusive. the city views from up high were amazing. I could spend hours just gazing out. the staff were kind and very attentive. They anticipated every need.
The air conditioning was not amazing. i encountered some noise and shaking. It really disrupted my sleep.

The room was beautifully decorated with calming colors. It created such a peaceful atmosphere. the king-sized bed seemed like sleeping on a cloud. It was so soft and inviting. the high floor offered very nice views. I seemed like i was floating above the city.

The staff always had a smile and were ready to help. They cared about making my stay special. the club lounge service was really good. I felt pampered and cared for. they offered personal attention. I did not expect such good care!!!

The hotel is near so many lovely places. I had such a romantic feeling. it felt wonderful walking hand-in-hand. We found beautiful views. everything was within reach. I couldn't be happier.

Satisfactory hotel stay
fast check in great view easy access
The front desk made check in fast. The club lounge features a great view and ample stock. The room felt large. Cabs were easily accessible right outside.
The tv was mounted on a pillar directly above the only chair in the room. Occupants could bump their head on it if they tried to use the chair.

The room has floor to ceiling windows which really adds to the sense of space. Housekeeping had excellent attention to detail. The well maintained room was comfortable and met my expectations. It was a restful space.

efficient process helpful staff
the hotel staff explained the cancellation process due to my flight being cancelled , and it took only ten minutes.
i had to request a lower floor because i don't like heights , and the 12th floor was as high as i could go.

excellent stay
efficient staff sized room super clean room
i found the reception experience warm with efficient staff. i always like when staff recognize me. the rooms are nicely sized the floor to ceiling windows provide open feeling. housekeeping kept rooms super clean.
the lighting in the room was difficult to manage especially near the bed.

the room was large it included a king size bed and a seating area. a desk was also available in the room as was a fridge. there was a large wardrobe with a bathroom offering a shower over the bath.

the club lounge access was a good feature. there was a good set of canadian beers wines and other drinks to order. the breakfast in the lounge was plentiful it was fresh and tasty.

the check in staff were super friendly and helpful. the concierge team was efficient with requests. staff were attentive to needs and were always very kind to all the guests.

solid stay near st paul's
early check-in friendly staff convenient location comfortable beds
the staff was very friendly. i appreciated that they checked me in early, before the usual check-in time of 4 pm. this was helpful because i had an appointment at st paul's hospital across the street. the room included two beds which were comfy.

slow service obstructed view
the location met my needs just fine I guess.
getting ahold of someone for service felt impossible they took their sweet time. my room overlook some other building. i found the lack of attentiveness pretty annoying, and it soured the whole experience for me.

my room included a king size bed a seating area a desk a fridge a large wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower over the bath free water bottles were supplied daily the foyer is modern large and open with reception seating and dining areas the staff was cute at check in
the water pressure was a bit light
