Fantastic stay near gondola
ski château outdoor pool hot tubs
The location is great. The hotel is next to the Blackcomb gondola. It also feels like a classic European ski château with the warmth of an alpine retreat. I enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tubs.
The bar menu had high prices and food quality suffered.

The location is amazing near the Blackcomb gondola. This positioning allows quick access to skiing. The hotel is also close to the village, providing opportunities for exploring various shops and restaurants.

Every staff member was kind and professional. They were also attentive to any needs. The front desk and housekeeping provided excellent support , addressing any concerns efficiently.

The Beautiful King Room View was spacious and well kept. The bed was very comfortable. There were also amenities, like a coffee maker and a mini-fridge. The room design had alpine touches.

attentive staff local trails empty body wash inconsistent housekeeping
the hotel staff was very attentive. the concierge provided excellent recommendations for local running trails, and they also promptly brought extra coffee to my room upon request. the rooms were luxurious and quiet to.
my room didnt have enough body wash when i checked in. it was almost empty then i run out after my second day. also, the housekeeping service was inconsistent, some days i received new towels, and other days i did not.

great location cardio equipment slow process hotel amenities
the location was very good. it was near the slopes. the gym included cardio equipment. i saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes in the gym.
the check in process were slow and not very helpful. the staff did not explain all hotel amenities to me. the rental shop in the hotel gave me equipment that caused pain. i could not walk after the first day.

non-working phone power outage
The two bedroom family suite allowed plenty of space.
The phone in our room was NOT working during the entire stay and we had to use our cell phones to contact front desk every time. The circuit got cut in our room so we sat in the DARK for close to an hour before we got power back. I had to call front desk two times before we got power back. It was a NIGHTMARE.
